Inmoseguros Tasación, S.A. is registered with the Bank of Spain under number 4359 and is dedicated specifically to valuing real estate assets.

It is legally authorised to value any type of real estate asset in Spain. Due to its special links with the insurance sector, it specialises in assets valuation for institutional investors: Insurance Companies, Pension Funds and Property Investment Funds.

Through its network of valuers (architects and quantity surveyors) it valuates properties located in any part of Spain for a variety of purposes:
